Student Note Policy

The FCLJ understands that many GW Law students work full time, or for various other reasons are unable to participate on journals in their field of study. In the interest of not foreclosing good student-written content to our Journal, our note selection committee considers for publication submissions by any GW Law student with substantive experience in communications law (work for a trade association, a telecommunications carrier, or, of course, the FCC) who produces a note in conformance with the FCLJ Operations Manual. Copies of the Operations Manual may be obtained on request from the Editor-in-Chief.
