FCLJ understands that many GW Law students work full-time, or for various other reasons are unable to participate on journals in their field of study. In the interest of not foreclosing good student-written content to FCLJ, the note selection committee considers for publication submissions by any GW Law student with substantive experience in communications law (work for a trade association, a telecommunications carrier, or, of course, the FCC) who produces a note in conformance with the FCLJ Operations Manual. Copies of the Operations Manual may be obtained on request from the Editor-in-Chief at: fclj.eic@law.gwu.edu.
